On Friday, May 15, Harry Rijnen\u2019s Caf\u00e9 Literario La Nava will host a new session at the Navalafuente Library focusing on the enduring relevance of classical theatre in the 21st century.<\/p>\n
Under the title \u201cLope de Vega in the Age of chatbots\u201d, Harry Rijnen will interview actor Pedro Almagro, whose extensive career has been closely linked to classical theatre, performing in productions such as \u201cFuenteovejuna\u201d, \u201cThe Dog in the Manger\u201d, \u201cThe Mayor of Zalamea\u201d and \u201cNumancia\u201d.<\/p>\n
During the interview and the Q&A, we will explore the enduring relevance of the great works of Spain\u2019s Golden Age of theatre and the role of classical theatre in a world shaped by technological progress and new cultural customs and habits.<\/p>\n
