On Friday July 17, we will get together for the last session in the 2025-2026 season of our Café Literario Harry Rijnen. I will interview the environmental journalist and writer Maribel Orgaz. Maribel, based in Soto del Real (Madrid), has written various books on nature in Madrid’s Sierra Norte and about women in the history of Madrid. We will talk about two recent books of her in particular: ‘Ser actriz en el Madrid teatral’ and ‘Mujeres en la historia de Madrid’, making visible what for such a long time has remained hidden.
